Needing help with a gosling that hatched with dry blood on its behind

He holds his head up fine chirping away so stuck a stuffed animal for comfort the other 2 kinda stepping on him so they are in a warm seperate area

I have him in a sepeate bator for warmth my heat lamp got busted but vent holes open for air hes back in the bowl its a little bloody but mostly dried up

How are you going to heat them once out of incubator?

I placed a lil bit of neosporin on the tissue to help around the area but will do the cornstatch next

I think that's pretty normal. There is usually a little blood when they hatch. They are also usually a little wobbly when they first hatch to.

My husband is getting me a heat lamp today so no worries

Possibly just needs time to find its legs. Don't try feeding it or anything till it's up..

Ok how long should i keep it in the bowl? Hes already curious as a button and sweet as pie dont wanna get attached as they are going to be my aunts geese
