My sisters would get hard / enlarged and then go soft too so they went in after the one in her neck, even though it wasn't enlarged at the time first to try and avoid doing anything else more extensive. The surgeon who took it out said it was more than enough proof of the cancer and the biopsy.

I suppose it's a case by case basis though and I'm sure Ash's doctors know what's best. I'll bite my tongue now and let the doctors there take care of her!
