Needing hugs and prayers - GOD WHY do U DO THIS?????????????????????

I'm glad they finally got things rolling. At least she will now be on the path to recovery.

You need to go get some grapefruit seed extract and start downing it three times a day Boyd. It will help you kick your cold faster than anything I know, because Ash's immune system will not be able to tolerate being around you sick now. Call your local health food store and go grab some of it!

Boyd---

I am putting my mom cap on and standing on my soapbox.

BOYD, DEAR, YOU NEED TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST IN ORDER TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY. THIS IS YOUR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND SPIRTUAL SELF. KINDA LIKE IF THE PLANE IS GOING DOWN AND THE OXYGEN MASKS COME DOWN. YOU FIRST HAVE TO PUT YOUR OWN ON BEFORE YOU CAN HELP WHO'S NEXT TO YOU.

Ok I am stepping off my soapbox now. Let me know if you need anything.

PS- Glad treatment is going well. And don't worry about the bill. It is only money. Cannot take it with us anyways.

Not worried about the money really. I was shocked at how much medicaid is paying for those. there like 1.5k per day per shot

I called her just now. The chemo has started making her sick and crying, but she told me she had her big girl pants on and let the nurses know so they slowed the drip and got her some more anti-nausea. She wants to know when they serve desert

Hang in there. When you get down in the dumps always look at the bright things. And remember everyone at BYC is your family and we all are praying for your family.
Get over that cold fast!!

You are in our Prayers
Love ya Boyd

day 3 of chemo. this time it's all outpatient. We had a stressful night last night, and a lot of the housework slid, but in the end it'll get caught up today when I get home. 3 of the other daughters have eye exams this morning so me and the wife are going to conquer and divide. She'll do the eye exam, and I'll take ash for chemo.

For some reason vomit doesn't bother me like it does the others so I can drive or help clean up the mess

Our Foster son also went home yesterday. I wonder how that goober is doing? Oh well, I have to give the grand daughter a bath as soon as the girls are done doing their "HAIR MAKUP ACK!!!!!!!!!!"

Ok small humerus rant... 14 year old daughter goes to mall for jeans and comes back to show me HOW MUCH money she saved. Something small and leopard printed falls to the floor. I just pull my Stetson over my eyes as the girls laugh. As soon as the offending material is picked up and tucked away I can see the rest of the blue jeans that cost about eleventybillion dollars apiece. Fashion? Not for me.

I agree with Vicki!

My fingers are crossed for Ash today.

I always told my sister when she got tired of the chemo and sickness from it just to remember that it was one more treatment down and closer to being better. Tell her to hang in there!
