I used to not be able say much, but I have found over time and with each of my kids, I have picked up more and more of a voice, so by the time my youngest came around, who really needs an advocate, I was ready and loaded for bear!!

Oh My gosh, oh crazy is that,
christian always had a room to him self, now St, Johns has there own build they treat all the kids, so they are not in the Hospital, they have a great step up in there. and the food was good there, thank goodness.

Poor Ash, I feel for her and your family, she should be first priority. I hope the next treatment go better and she is feeling ok

Hi everyone. Sorry it's been a couple weeks since I last updated. What used to terrify me and the daughter has quickly (and I mean QUICKLY) turned routine. So far she has adjusted to the chemo and the doctor was able to provide an extra nausea drug, as well as IV benedril and other than the two heaviest days of chemo a month, Ash hasn't had many problems since. I hope we sail through the rest this easy.

In one month she gets her full body workup again to see how the chemo is working on the cancer.. Well, I can tell you it is!!!!! She had a tumor in one of her lymph nodes on the side of her neck, and the bump on the node is GONE! I am praying the marbles in her lungs and the large mass go next.

I appreciate all the support and prayer. Some days I try to distract myself so I don't

but it doesn't always work out

Thanks guys!

Boyd, so interesting and cool to actually realize results that quick. Thank you for also disspelling the idea that chemo can be awful, but that it's not to fear like death itself.
Prayers continuing for you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I am glad to hear they helped with the nausea, that is the worst feeling in the world, and I am so glad she didn't have to deal with it too much!! You might want to get a copy of the SECRET for her to look through, it is such a powerful book on positive thinking, and what it can do!! I love it.

Definately will be praying for her. Remember that God can see both sides of the valley that your in, He was there when it started and He'll be there at the end. He'll never leave you nor forsake you my friend.....
