Looks like a Blue Breasted Red old English Game... to me.

Definitely a game fowl but just guessing on the variety as I'm unfamiliar with the differences between American, Old English, and others.

ETA: blue wheaten was my first thought, but again I'm still learning!

Possible lemon blue too.
