I know how you feel. We have a neighbor similar to that but not nearly as bad. He tends to look over the wall separating our yards when we are out back (I hate that). He has also accused us of things ranging from injuring his cat to attempting to knock down his wall (craaaazy man). Nosy neighbors can be the worst!

None of my neighbors live very close. A city guy bought the land next to ours and built on it. He was a PITA the first couple of years, but it's OK now. I'm very good at setting boundaries with people, and we get along good now. Once DH came in very upset because the guy was on his front porch staring at our house with binoculars. We went outside and DH stared back at him with our binoculars while I stood there waving. The guy went inside and we never saw him do it again.

There always seems to be one, that just loves to make our lives miserable, huh? My next door neighbor is like that, only he doesn't "say" anything, he loves to call animal control. Jerk!!!

The woman down the street would walk by and look in our windows, One day she caught me in the wrong mood and Down went the laundry and up went the hand with 4 fingers bent. Just then my wife came walking into the room and thought I lost what little I had left of my mind. Finding me in front of the window this way. We still laugh about it till this day. And yes. She looks at the ground when she walks by now.
