Seriously, ignore her. What else is their to do? Do you honestly think you are going to change her behavior? Are you guys willing to move, to be rid of her? If you do move are you sure you won't be moving some where where it is actually worse? remember their are no vacuums in nature, if you are missing a nieghborhood busy body, somebody is going to step up and take the place.

I was outside this morning taking pics of my new birds and every time my creepy peepy neighbours started to stare I took their picture. Needless to say I have ALOT of pictures of my neighbours now

Maybe you should go look in her windows and stare at her. Really though being elderly has probably affected her mind some and even if you were to talk to her about this she may not even remember what you said the next day. Offer her an act of kindness.

Get some beautiful sheer white/cream curtains so her view is obstructed but you still get the light coming though.

I'm for ignoring her and adding some more chicken bedding to the compost heap

Thanks Guys ... I just need to let this out at times.
The only reason I get annoyed is she does like to call the police on ME! I don't do anything against the law, But to each their own I guess.

You right she will not change and their are worse neighbors out there.
We live in my husbands family home so we will not be moving.

I'll just need to be a little diligent of her and call the police when she is breaking the law by peeping into my ,house.

By the way we are considerate neighbors to her. My husband will shovel her walkway in the winter, and we are careful about parking Especially when she gets her coal delivered, I'll move my car from in front of my house.(which I do not need to do, but she asked, so I do) We also allowed the workers to use are parking pad in the back when they had their garage built. But I don't think she realizes how much we do do for her.
