Neighbor dog killing my chickens!

I have had an issue with the neighboring ranchs dogs. They killed 6 chickens and bit a baby boer goat to death. 4 border collie cow dogs (now only 3) for over 3 weeks now. I haven't been able to post anything on here about it cause they were sueing my fiancé for shooting and killing one of their $3k cow herding dogs. But my fiancé shot it because it was chasing, and biting one of the kid boer goats; wich he ended up dying from. He didn't have to pay a dime but they did end up paying for the goat at $7420. Plus all court fees. You can't replace pets and animals like that so try to keep them on your property. And out of others property.
