On top of that, being you seem to be a chicken fanatic, do you not care about the ethical laws of what their doing?

Straight from the ordinance site... And they dont even come close to that. Again, totally fine! Just dont want to hear them. Plus, roosters are illegal in my city lol. I am trying to be civil and make both ends meet.

For chickens, roosters are illegal. I dont know for chickens what is considered crowded to chickens, but she has from what I counted 10-12 in a small area.

On top of that cant be closer than 10' to a residence property line (right up on my fence). Again, i dont care about that stuff, she wants to have them, fine. I just would rather not hear a rooster at 430 am.

I am in city limits, but my area is residential, 1000 houses in the neighborhood. Not like NYC, nor a suburb. Just a small "town" that is considered a city in my state.

When I google "rooster in" my city, I get: it shall be unlawful to keep roosters, geese, ................. within the city.
