I just spent forever, on MA's court website and cannot find a place to look the guy up, in their records system. Frustrating.

Idaho and Washington have all their laws and court records online so you can look someone up (find out what your co-workers have been up to, this weekend!).

I can't find that kind of thing, for your state.

Here in Missouri we can get online and check most court room records of people,you should call the county clerk and ask if your state has the same thing.If not most of his should be public records and you can get copies.

Theres no way a judge in his right mind would deny you a restraining order after looking over the guy's record (assuming he has on and it's bad).

If he does then it just proves that things like this happen in "tight-knit" communities. It happens all the time where I live and I live in a big coastal city!

Don't take any of his crap and call the po-po the second you see him on your property again.
