Nesting Box where Eggs Roll out?

I have a question.

I have seen the nesting boxes where the eggs roll down into a collection bin at the front of the nesting boxes, but do they have any where the eggs roll to the back?

So if I was to hook it into a coop and cut out a hole for the back of the collection area, then not even have to go into the coop to gather eggs?

Now I know you would have to have a lock or something on the egg collection box so animals couldn't get into it.

Has anyone seen anything or built anything like that?

Yes, there are plans here if you will do a search for them. I like roll out nest and have been using them for a while. They can be made of metal or plywood, and you can build it so the eggs roll either to the front or back of the nest. I made mine so the nest boxes hang on the outside of the coop and I just lift up a flap door to get the eggs film the outside. If you have problems with dirty eggs or egg eaters, roll out nests may help. R.O.N.s also help keep broodys from nest sitting because there are no eggs they can sit on.

@jthornton has built them and wrote an article about it.
