Netflix verses satelite

I have netflix. It is cheap and just as good if not better than sat

Had Satellite for a long time, in fact I stopped using it twice due to various issues, the last time I stopped using it will be the last time I'll ever use a similar Provider, and, I use Netflix and love it.

Along with Netflix of course I also use Hulu as well as watch some shows online on their original channel's website, such as AMC for their Walking Dead.


I'm not going to pay over $100 per for a whole ton of channels I'll never watch nor want to see my money support.

Thats just great everyone for the info. Everyone in my familly looks at me like they got a problem if things don't go right. Hey we can shut the whole dang thing down...................Know what I mean..........................

I haven't had cable for years. Could not be happier. No constant barrage of advertisements for one thing. Flat, easy to pay price for Netflix, and great selection. No reruns. But, as they become more of a sole provider for entertainment, I predict they will keep bumping their prices up. That is just generally what happens with lowered competition. At that point, I'll probably skip on Netflix too, and rely on film festivals, DVD/VHS swaps, and indie theaters to see any groundbreaking movies of past and present.
