Yes, that's what I would do. You can tell if she is getting in trouble or bullied--then pull her out if needed. Little dividers or screens can separate, but still have the benefit of being together. But chicks need to be together to bond. Hopefully, this is just something temporary, and not the dreaded Mareks. Many people see forms of wry neck symptoms. Some get better, some don't, and some chickens can have seizures. I have seen a few on this forum. We all learn from each other's experiences.
