First, Welcome! Second, your suspicions are correct. She is an EE not an Ameraucana but she is a beauty! I have both EEs and Ameraucanas 'cause I love a variety of colored eggs. I hope to get some green or blue/green eggs from my EEs in the next few weeks. Good luck with her!

Echetino the only thing I have for sale on your list is an EE and I only have 1 for sale that is about 11 weeks old right now.

Aubreynoramarie thanks for the notice on the chicken swap! I will definitely be there! I may even sell a couple of my Ameraucana cockerals if it's not too late to register with them. I'm not worried about quarantine issues since I will donate whatever cockerals are left.

Ok, Ke-Ben had a great idea! He suggested I list all the members currently on this thread on the first page. He also suggested that we could list what breeds you all sell and then when we want new birds we could refer to the first page and see if anyone here has them first. I love this idea because I refuse to ship my grown birds and so I only sell them locally!
So if you have birds you routinely breed for sale please start posting them here and I will try to keep the first post updated with new info.

Yes I had a great time! Thanks! I grew up in Southern CA and AZ so I've seen the Grand Canyon a bunch of times but it never ceases to take my breath away! This time I visited views I've never seen before and it was amazing. The friends we went with had never seen the Grand Canyon so it was great to see their faces when they first saw it! We also went to Arches National Park. Sooo beautiful!

OK it took me awhile but the list of Nevada Thread folks are listed on the first page of this thread now! Go there and make sure I listed you correctly! If you give me a short list of the chickens you breed/sell I will add them to the list.

Hope you all like the changes! Your names are listed in the order that you first appeared on this thread (makes it easy to add new folks). If you have too many breeds to list quickly on the first page then list them in detail here and I will post a link to the page you listed them in next to your name on the first post. If you have already listed everything somewhere in this thread then just give me the page number so I can find it.

It's sooo cute! Your mud room will get pretty dusty after awhile though. I would close up that side with screen door wire to cut down on the dust. Also, in answer to your question about the 1" dia. rod, the answer is no. That is not going to be large enough for them as they get bigger. You need a roost big enough for them to be able to cover their feet up completely with their bodies when they are roosting. That's how they keep their feet warm. It should be fine for awhile though. You can adjust as they get bigger. Love the concept for the few gals you have! That is a great idea!
