pet photography is a big market.... start doing it and get a portfolio online and get bussiness cards printed with the address and put them at the feed store and the local vets and groomers... once you get a little more practice under your belt, photography is a great bartering tool....

if it's something you want to do, feel free to PM me and i'll get you pointed in some directions.... i've been out of it so long that i don't know the latest technologies, but i have a lot of marketing and self employment promotional ideas...

evonne, if you could help me out like that, that would be just wonderful!! Ive actually had a bit of practice already, esp. with pet. Human subjects are hard to come by in my house. Everyone if tired of having their picture taken. But could you help me out? I dont know what i need, but i'll set up another page here with some example pics for you to look at and tell me what you think. Then we'll see if you think im good enough of not.

Im in Lemmon Valley. If you cant drive out there, it fine. My mom and I drive through downtown almost every night. I think im doing it tomorrow, too. And of course ill post pics and stuff!! lol i love taking pics of the chickens.

evonne, it tookforever, but i am done with the pic page!! I think i had to literally scan through thousands of pictures, and een then gave up halfway through. The page is kinda messy, but it works.

Penturner, can you look through there too? I want you to get an idea of what kind of shots work well. And if you think they all suck, bleh. The chicken picture I LOVE is of tansy on my photography page. She is like six rows down, a little buff orp. pullet. She looks great there. Do you think so? The sun is just right.

NevadaRon, if you want Darla its cool. I love the ees, but i would have to get her in without my dad knowing. Thats easy enough, because he honestly cant tell one from another, but i feel bad doing it. I just dont want aubrey's hen to be taken by someone who doesnt know what theyre doing, or someone who may kill her. With one of us, we know shes safe and happy.

I have 10 right now in a 4x8 coop and 8x16 run, so there is plenty of room for her. And mine are also the same age, so they should mix well.
