Then we need a map, or at least a link to one, on the page. Like a Google Map with the little pins that mark where everything is. Uh-oh - am I inadvertently volunteering to make something like that happen?
OMG!!!!!!!!!! Why didn't I think of that????? I need a map. I need to get help with a map. During Mahonri's hatches I've alway had to have help even getting placed on the map!
Whoa! X-files buddies!!!!! Sweeeeeeet!!!!!!
Is u-verse dsl? I have no clue. It is what came with our cable. We got it all as a big package until we figured out how much of a waste of money cable was and just canceled it and kept the wireless Internet. We called them today to ask where the modem was because go figure my phone barely works inside my house (IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN?!?). Anyway the lady said that whoever filled out the work order last week didn't complete it and it never got sent! Grrr! People just do not care anymore do they? Well any way before I started ranting I was gonna say thanks for the offer but ours should be here Friday LOL

Sunny, I'm loving your ideas. If AT&T ever decides to send us out new modem I can start helping out with that. They said it would take One day and it's been over a week. Grrr! I can't watch x-files without Netflix!
Sunny, I'd love to help with the boards. I do have to admit to being a bit of a board xenophobe, though. I was invited to join the N. Cal board almost a year ago, and I still haven't gone over. Hopefully the Vegas peeps won't abandon us for good, and will still consider themselves part of this board!
... Sunny, a tangerine extract made with a citron liqueur sounds amazing! Imagine the sorbet it could go into! I have to go buy a bunch of lemons soon for the plum chutney, so maybe I'll spring for a bottom shelf bottle, then I'll do lemon and vanilla extracts at the same time.
It all sounds good! Even Kim's Kahlua sounds wonderful. I am such a wuss when it comes to alcohol though that I have a bottle of Kahlua here that is almost 10 years old and is still over half full. lol I use it for a flourless chocolate cake that Steve adores and that is about it. I won't even eat pasta sauce if it has wine in it. So it's not the alcohol that bothers me it's the taste alone. My palate never matured.
That's why if Steve and I ever open that Inn and gardens we have been dreaming of for so long we are going to depend on Pam to supply all of our wine needs. haha She will have to give us a little script with the wines though or we will have no idea how to describe them.
I want to put the CA page link here for all of you to visit. Look at the information and if there's something you want to add please post on the CA thread and let me know.
Sunny, please know that if there is info on that page that you need, you can use it on your page.
Very sweet of you to ask Bella. I have been wondering the same thing after reading the news. What a mess! When vegaschick talked about the school being flooded I imagined this to be a very localized thing but it is a serious flood!!!

Yes!!! Everybody send your favorite feed store info to Ron and he will pin it to a map we can link on our NV pages. Don't forget to include the address and the ph number. We can also link supply stores (like I love to stop by Twin City Surplus for a lot of my chicken supplies). TwinCitySurplus

I can do that. I write tasting notes every week for our customers and employees. I'll teach you the keywords so it sounds like you know what your talking about! BTW, I'm not a fan of food cooked in wine either, I'd much rather drink it while I'm cooking then cook with it.
Hey Sunny, you got online before I could leave a message that you couldn't get online! It was date night with Russ, so I'm just barely back to the computer. Sorry!
