Good evening all. Wasn't it a gorgeous day today? I so wish it would stay like this for awhile! I know, I know, I watch the weather report. It looks like this beautiful weather is coming to an end soon. I hope it waits a little bit though. I have to go into town to donate platelets on Thursday and donating platelets is a very chilly experience!!! If it's cold outside that will make it pretty miserable.

This is just a friendly reminder to everyone...
If you're sharing in the potato order or seed orders, I need to order by February 15th. So I'll need money and orders by then. This is for anyone in the Reno area, or a surrounding area that can make a trip into town to pick them up. I'll need the money when I order, because I just can't front the cost of all of that.

Potatoes: www.mainepotatolady.com - We've hit the 50lb goal, so just add $1/lb shipping to your total pounds of potatoes.
Seeds: Territorial, Tomato Growers, Burpee, and Seed Savers. Just check out the website, and if you want to save on shipping, let me know what you want from there. We'll figure out what your share of the shipping is, depending on how many people participate in each order.

I need to get eggplant started by March 1st, and don't want to take the chance of having some of those potato varieties sell out before we can get our hands on them. Because they sure will!

Yep - they still haven't built a better mouse trap! I use the snap traps and they are quite effective. I also use peanut butter - they can't resist it!

If there's no peanut butter, bacon works well, too. But, yeah, mices LOVE pb.

Seems to me we haven't seen any recent pics of Banana or Bedbug. (hint hint) they sure were cute chicks!

Yea! Finally got to see the last pics uploaded. Lol. Very cute. Can't wait to see more Aubrey! I should get some too. The girls are looking so pretty these days with their beautiful, glossy feathers.

Missy I've got seeds coming already so I'll pass on that order but I'm so excited to plant the potatoes!

Ok, ok, I went to the dr today. I have a sinus infection. I'm now armed with an expensive antibiotic, a powerful cough syrup and more sudafed. she recommends a consult with an ENT after my antibiotics are done since i have so many sinus issues and my left tonsil is very enlarged.

Hopefully i will be on the mend soon. i really want to feel normal again.
