Nevadans?

Jeep! Sorry I never got the magazine to you! I dread your driveway...!I was hoping I could hang it on the fence on the road and you could pick it up...but alas, we aren't that organized..
Probably anxious to get your quad back...maybe make some $ plowing snow?
Nothing new here...it might get above 32 tomorrow!!! Oh MY!

Driving up solo to the S.F. Bay Area from Las Vegas, at Bakersfield a forest green fam-wag (minivan) pulled in front of me and it was sporting the very same BYC bumpersticker! I phoned my husband immediately and said "I am not alone!" It was the highlight of an otherwise very loooooong drive. Hopefully yours will make someone smile.

Oh Genny...

I just wanted to make good on the promise to share pictures of how your babies are growing. They are all adorable, and the little bantam is the most friendly and hilarious thing ever! Now, if only they would tell me whether they are boys or girls, lol. We have one FOR SURE cockeral, but I'm clueless about the rest.

Checking out the great outdoors

Hope everyone had a fabulous holiday season!

stacyandskyler They look so fantastic!!! That picture looking out the window is priceless - I love how they stand on tip toes to get a better look, plus how they can stick their necks out so long. Little Niko - what an amazing pattern is showing up - wow. Big Red seems to be taking after his/her parents - very friendly and loving, wanting to be close all the time. Cock-A-Lamp, what a fantastic name and yup, all boy.

See - now you will need some black cochins - cross them with the lav orps and YOU breed a lav cochin - takes a couple years, lots of culling and time/space for growing out - but what fun

I am Sooooo gonna do that! Great, now my gears are turning and I probably wont be able to sleep tonight!

Get some good cochins - from someone who has the large heritage, not hatchery - will give you a faster leg up on the true Cochin size.

I am so excited for you - I might be interested in some of your heritage black cochins - if/when you get them. I have bantam now - Mille Fluer and Silver Laced - both project colors/birds right now. Working on both color and standard.
