Im actually in a really bad mood right now. Our roomate, Josh, has some bands from out of town staying at our place tonight. So I spent my entire afternoon making enchiladas, spanish rice and beans for everyone to eat (SUPER awesome food!) and then went to work at three. Came home to find that they put the food in the oven, took it out, LEFT it out, and didnt touch ANY of it. the bands went out to eat instead, Mark went with them, and the other roomate, becca, who REQUESTED the mexican food went out to eat with other friends instead. I am furious. I gave up my entire day to come home to having to clean up food thats been sitting out in this hot house all afternoon. INGRATES!!!

LOL Not to Fallon, SORRY!
I'm really annoyed because enchiladas are a lot of work.
First you hve to boil the whole chicken to make a broth. Then you've got to make a sauce using crushed tomatoes and spices. Next you get the meat off the bones so you can shred it by hand, and put the bones back in the water for the broth. Next you fry each tortilla just enough so it isn't crispy. Each tortilla is then rolled in the sauce and filled with your chicken mixture. Enchiladas are placed in pan then covered in sauce an cheese. The broth is used to boil the rice in with tomatoes and onion. Beans are boiled and shmooshed with a few spices, onions, and oil. Can you imagine all of the dishes?!?!

Hey everyone, looks like the Nevada thread's having a midnight party!!! Who's up for an all-nighter???!

And Aubrey, I would sooo never cook them Mexican food agian until they do like a week of groveling, shame on them! Working without appreciation suckss and mexican food is the bomb!!
