My age really doesn't bother me. But geeeez, don't call me slow... actually as hyper as I sometimes get DH would probably prefer it if I would slow down sometimes. You're just upset cause you are only a few years behind me. Don't worry, you'll always be younger than I.

That would be Delilah. Steve put her out at 4:30, then brought her in and put Samson out and she wanted to be out with Samson so she started whining. LOUDLY! Steve was in the shower and couldn't hear her so I got up to put her out. Well that's all it takes to get me wide awake for the day.
Oh, and I never got the Florida title either! Death Valley is the sunniest spot in the country (actually on the continent) and Yuma Arizona comes in 2nd (unless you are looking at cities instead, then it comes in first), then Las Vegas Nevada, then El Paso Texas, then Albuquerque New Mexico, then Key West Florida! http://matadornetwork.com/trips/shine-on-america-the-countrys-8-sunniest-cities/ On this web page it comes in 12th (when looking at U.S. cities alone, no Death Valley totals here)! http://www.currentresults.com/Weather-Extremes/US/sunniest.php
Either way, all of Florida is well below a few other states when it comes to sunniest states!

Our windows are HORRIBLE - sand comes in them when the wind blow - I am not joking.
For winter, I go and get that plastic that you tape around the window and then use a hairdryer to tighten it.
WORKS fantastic. And really makes a breezy room feel comfy. Worth the money and time it takes to appy.
I even did our french doors in the livingroom (2 pair) and have left them like that for 3 yrs.

I'm the same way too, age does not bother me. I think I look pretty good for a lady with 5, yes, I said 5 grandchildren with another on it's way next way!
I wish I was slower though, I always want to do things right away and get it done but DH likes to take his time and then I become a bit impatient.
