Happy Birthday! I, too, used to not enjoy birthdays (as a kid I thought my present-day age was ancient...LOL!). But now I make it a habit to take the day off and do something just for me and I *really* look forward to them. Go indulge yourself....It's YOUR special day!

Happy birthday, Kim!

Well, no more eggs so far. Just the one on Wednesday. Lots of the girls are squatting for me so I know it's only a matter of time before more start showing up. I have been searching the coop everyday since then though.

Yesterday one of the EE's squatted for the first time and today a SLW and BO did for their first times. 2 of the BR's, 3 of the BA's and I think a Welsummer or 2 have been squatting for a little while. I just picked up my last load of 2x4's to finish up the run. By the end of the weekend the run should be done. Hopefully i'll have the pop door rigged up too but I have a back up temporary pop door plan in case I don't have time to get the sliding door done this weekend.
