So now I'm looking at getting an incuabtor because of a delicacy some of my Phillipino's co-worker's enjoy. Missy already knows of it - Balut. I guess I'm not to even think about and just do it.

Hey Missy, John says instead of Pekin you should name it ala Orange. Also, I need to know what the sexes you are wanting with the ducks. If you want a drake I highly do not recommend you breeding them because they are related to each other for sure and there's only a certain level you can breed to and we are at it.

You're getting in deep now, sheryl, getting an incubator.

Have you had any luck finding contacts for getting some more WH stock? good luck to you. sounds like an interesting project.

I'm going to get a cayuga drake with my chick order in April, so two females should be fine. If we end up hatching any chicks, they'll just be a non-breedable hodgepodge or something. Then, if you get another Welsh drake, you're welcome to use my girls for breeding again.

Tomorrow is my birthday. Saturday would be my husband's birthday, so I'm having a huge pity party this weekend. Everyone is invited, just bring me plenty of tissue.

Man I had to go back and a add a p to everything. My p is stuck!

I have chicks hatching this morning. Not one of the BCMs is even pipped yet and only got one FBCM and one Wheaten from the last hatch. I hate the PO. I think they shake the dickens out of my boxes on purpose. Need some good hatching vibes please. So far I have an OE out. No other is.

Not a good post. Just now hung up with Sunny. She wanted you all to know her mom past away 2 hours ago. She's really upset, but asked it I'd come on and let you all know. The next few days are going to be horrible for her. Been there done that. She loves you all and just wanted to make sure you all knew and that she'll be back on when she can.

I know exactly how she feels. Sunny, It sounds horrid but to me when I mother passed I felt it was the biggest gift she could ever have given me. Just to think how she held me as a baby and I holding her hand being her baby again.
