Planning on getting my quad w/ a blade tomorrow, then again they said it would be ready last friday, so heres hoping...

I'd like a few lavender orps. I have Buffs, thats all, but i'm not planning on going to Reno soon. I was going to order some chicks on MPC though. I wanted some Polish, Marans, Cochins, and Easter Eggers but they have already sold out of a lot of chicks!!! (unless i wanna wait till May to get them)

Well the main reason it wasnt done last week is a part for the plow wasn't in stock in Reno, where they usually order it, so they had order elsewhere which took longer to get here. But i also think they are taking their sweet time

Ahhh.... Sounds like the country. I found that when I made an appointment for a service call and they said "We'll be out Thursday" that you needed to verify *which* Thursday they were talking about.....

(Whereas I work in the city now for a bunch of attorneys. Tres different. If you are not exact to the nth, they tack your hide to the wall.... I much prefer dealing with rural folks)

Hope you're getting plowed soon. (And I mean that in the mechanical sense)

I agree with you on the smilies!
I will vouch for Jeepers on the way business works here..it doesn't..we are a long ways from anywhere and I truly wonder if most people you have to deal with here care one iota about whether they give good service or not...It's hard to get used to..the indifferance..I come from another rural area, albeit in the Sierras of California, but I have never experienced this kind of indifferance..and to make things worse..everyone overcharges . So be happy...it doesn't get much worse than here!
Looking forward to snow so it will warm up!!!!! Then Jeep can plow down to our house! Maybe next week...month?
