I know it's a long shot but is anyone heading down to the Bay Area this week? I have some birds that need to go to their new homes and the folks there are willing to drive a bit to get them (they were willing to come to Sacramento) but the times the one BYCer can make it doesn't work well for me.

Thank you! That is so sweet! We've actually met quite a few local BYCers and they have all been super folks! No, seriously! I'm not just saying that. It makes me wonder if there is just something extra special about chicken lovers. Or maybe it's just Nevadans? Actually almost all of the chicken folk I've met in California are just plain nicer too.

Hello all am from the Vegas area as well. I raise chukar, pheasants, pintail ducks, and wood ducks. I have a pet Sun conur. I tired to read through most of this topic but way to many pages.

I was trying to find anyone else around town that raises chukar.
