How was your day off Lacey? I hope you are feeling better. When I had gall bladder problems it just felt like bad indigestion. I kept eating antacids thinking it would go away. Actually they did find a tiny peptic ulcer at the same time so I'm not sure which one was causing the horrible pains. A 2 month strict diet change really did wonders but I thought I was gonna go looney from being deprived of my favorite foods! No salt, no fats... on and on. But hey, no surgery and it never recurred after that.

Thanks Elizabeth! It feels really good to finally be seeing results on some of this stuff.

I have a better one of you but you can't see your eyes cause you are looking down. You are smiling though so you don't look so serious. I hate serious pics of myself (as you can probably tell from the pic above).
