well shoot guys, thanks for the advice/help! Give me 2-3 weeks to save up my tips and paychecks and i should be just around 500 bucks. Ill keep an eye out for salvaged wood and maybe we can all plan a cold-day coop raising/bbq? hopefully it doesnt snow this month
i suppose ya'll could even advise me and markie on how to make a frame and we could get ahead of the game

do i need a permit to make one like yours?

Sounds good. I think maybe we can come by ahead of time and get you started on the frame. There is some basic framing knowledge required for this step and it can be challenging for a newbie to do alone. Important to have it square and to get the right kind of bracing done as well as proper supports for the doors, nests and windows etc.
The siding etc will be easier to do alone if you want to work on it yourselves some.

Hey Ron! If you come across anyone selling an old flatbed trailer would you let me know? I don't care if the bed is rotted out I can cut new planks. For my next big project I want to build a BIG tractor style coop!
