LOL seth this isnt my first tango with unwanted roosters, but i always check here first as i do not enjoy meeting strangers on craigslist AT ALL. Especially the kind that take free roosters.

* sigh*, only three left. Of the four I bought from Julie, only one was a girl. So I only have one left from my original clutch as the rest have died and you know she has Petey, and then one girl and one boy from the second batch of chicks

I'd offer to take him for dinner Aubrey, but as it is I'm hoping to find someone to butcher some of mine for me. I can do it. I mean I am a chef, but I'd rather not. and at the moment i have 5 huge meaty cross roos that were supposed to be leghorn pullets. Sigh. I'm so done getting birds off the internet.

I'll have to ask my husband if he's up to butchering a rooster this weekend. Actually, he just does the killing part, and I do everything else. But I won't see him for a couple hours, so I'll let you know.
