I must have seen you at the show. (don't worry, I'm "not that kind of girl")

But the other girl had on jeans too... capri (sp?) length with some sort of clunky clog-type shoe and black fishnet stockings underneath. So, though I didn't notice that part on you at the show, I noticed it on her at Joann's. But, if I remember right, she looked very much like you.

OK so go on Tuesday or Wednesday around 10:30am. I'll be sure and avoid the Monday and Friday thing. I'm goin' with Aubrey on the Saturday thing. My past experience tells me to avoid Saturdays at the DMV like the plague. Could just be my luck, you know like thinking Carrows will have broccoli soup at 11am!

Hey Seth, my rabbits got all nice and cozy together this morning. Since they're outside rabbits, do I need to bring the female inside for kindling, or will the babies be fine out there in December?

Someone on here at one point asked what kind of Rabbits I have. The lady I got them from said they were silkies but since that is not what the breed really is called I have no idea. I do have a couple of new pics and if anyone can tell me that would be great.
The all black one is Blackie (male born in June I believe). The black and white is the female and she was born end of July/beginning August. Her name is spots (I didn't name them, my son and mother did)

She said they were both silkies? Are they large or small?

hahaha well i just think that is too funny! while i would not ever be caught wearing clogs i did have my run with fishnets back in my ultra punk rock days, hahaha (okay not that long ago) but i have definitely reached that age where being warm is WAYYYYY better than looking super cool all the time hee hee hee hee. That picture also has the sweater i was wearing yesterday with a brown leather jacket. I also think its kind of weird that i didnt notice the other girl! maybe she left before i got there...

I had such a great time at Carrows and the show today. It was nice meeting you all! So try I didn't get to talk to everyone as much as I wanted to, just a little shy J guess? I wish I could have met you Auburey, I have heard good things about you. Maybe next time?

. Thanks for the great day everyone.
We enjoyed meeting you too! We'll have other chances to get to talk to you more. It's hard when we are all sitting down to eat to be able to talk to everyone. Especially at such a large table.

Speaking of get togethers. Who else is up for the cookie exchange? I have Sheryl, Elizabeth and Missy down so far. Steve wants me to be sure and let you all know that the guys are invited too! OK he doesn't bake but he is a huge fan of cookies so I will just make extra to make up for his ravenous cookie addiction. lol You don't have to make different kinds of cookies. 3 dozen of one kind is just fine. I just like to make different kinds so I will probably make at least 2 different kinds of cookies.

I was thinking we could set it for the 8th of December at 2pm (by mid afternoon the roads are warmed up and driving will be easier), that way if we get a big storm blowing in we can move it back one week. Steve wondered if that would work since the whole idea of a cookie exchange is to have more variety to give out as gifts (secretly he means taking them to work to share but hoarding half of them for himself haha he's sitting here grinning from ear to ear in anticipation) but I think people give out things like this well before the holiday so that date should be fine. Some folks like to bring the recipes for their cookies printed out so everyone can take a copy home but others like to use secret family recipes and both work for me. Bring the recipe if you want but it's not a requirement by any means. You can also purchase something from a bakery if you'd like, that way someone that doesn't bake still feels welcome.

I will be serving some fruit and cheese, hot cocoa, coffee, milk and juice. I have found that, unlike my husband, I can only handle so much sweet stuff before my tummy gets unhappy (yes we do munch a few cookies while we are visiting but there is no way to try them all in one sitting, or even most).

OH! There are rules though! Anyone complaining about their diet will be given extremely dirty looks! Anyone bragging about how they are not going to eat any of the cookies but will, instead, be gifting them all will be sat on! Anyone making someone else feel guilty about their enjoyment/love of cookies will be hogtied! It's very hard to enjoy a good cookie when we are feeling guilty so NO GUILT allowed!!!
