Never been WORMED!! DO I NEED TO???

There's a site that shows a bunch of pictures of chicken poo and what each poo means. Don't assume that just cause you saw a runny poo that the girl has diarrhea. Acording to the poo site they will have a viriety of poos throughout the day and a runny one is simply the chickens way of cooling herself down. Now if that is all she ever does is runny ones then it would probably be diarrhea.

Cecal poop looks like diarrhea to those who don't know what cecal poop looks like... look up the cecal poop photos. Occasional runny poop can be normal, all the time is not!

I mix food grade DE in with the chicken feed, and in the mixture in their dustbath box, as well as the apple cider vinegar. We always used DE in rabbit feed and horse feed as well, to help prevent worms. Don't think I would use medication unless I saw worms or noticed they were really in need of it, like losing weight etc. I even mix it in the birdseed for wild birds....
