New and clueless. Beautiful silkie with a rank butt

Please help, I've been treating my 8month silkie for vent gleet for 8 days, soaking in Epsom salts- (15min) natural yoghurt and coconut, apple cider vinegar, Her appetite is improving but her poops continue to ooze and stink. She is out and about and active. Eyes and feet are clear. Vent is swollen and solid - as I wash it everyday that's something I thought would possibly soften but hasn't. It may have ever so slightly decreased in size but it's still apparant. Any advice is welcome- rest of flock same diet - and fine.

For being new at this you are certainly doing many things right. Here are some more ideas. Good luck

Treatment:
bathe the chicken to help cleanse and soothe the affected area.
-Nystatin liquid suspension provided by the vet to be given orally is very effective for 7-10 days. It is also available online
-Anti-fungal creams like those used for athlete's feet applied topically twice daily to the vent area for 14 days.
-Garlic cloves, 1 per gallon, added to their water supply can be helpful as well.
-During treatment, avoid feeding your chickens foods that have a high water content and can cause watery stools, such watermelon.

is she laying eggs still, could she be egg bound? maybe an egg is stuck and pushing the vent out and preventing her from pooping well. Soaking her in a warm bath will help it will relax the muscles or /and put some vaseline/lube in her vent to help move the egg. She will have a hard abdomen if there is an egg stuck.
