At 7 months I would assume pullet. Especially if no crowing. I see no cockerel saddle or hackle feathers and comb and wattles relatively small. No eggs yet?

She’s a Cochin. Big girl. Twice as big as my other hens. I have a total of 6 of which I’m trying to figure out if there’s a rooster in there... I hear some crowing. Just once or twice. In the morning.

You've got a Rooster in there somewhere- a hen does not crow like that. Some crow, yes... but not when they roll the Cock-a-doodle-doo.

Can you get some more images for us? I'm not convinced it is that specific bird- but you have a Roo in there.
