I was wondering what the temp should be OUTSIDE of the heat lamp that is set for 95

I usually try to keep the cool side of my brooder around 75 or so. They will let you know if its too hot by getting as far away from the light as possible and they will pant. If they are busy and scattered about, then they are fine. Good luck- we love pictures!
