I am the guy that steels their egg's or makes loud noise lol!! They avoid me unless it is fill the pond time they like the hose wife thinks its cruel told her they come to it and flap and peck it is ok.

Local small food banks are going to like me when these start laying!! Already Treating the neighbors to some eggs.

Now 2 of the 3 ducks eggs when I get 3 eggs a day last 2 weeks 4 days then 2 eggs for 2-3 days 1 day no eggs.. The Small eggs do have thick shells and rather fragile and are no longer grey they are eating oyster shells.

The large eggs do not fit in a chicken egg carton is there a specific holder for larger duck eggs.

Getting Closer on it tomorrow is balls to the wall gun show setup Friday need to out of the shop.

Black one is walking normal now with the others think she is not starving. I am not sure if they are all female or not. Will get better photos later!

End of Day 3 Lots of Little Details Gussets Etc.... (Not a Tweaker Shack) Still undecided on the house part where to put the entrance or entrances plan is to get a few chickens also if i am gonna buy feed may as well have a return in the kitchen.. .

Will you have some flooring? I’ve read that some predators will actually dig to get to ducks and chickens.

That's what we do in warmer months when everyone is laying like gang busters we give to our local food bank. So your doing a great service there. We share with friends too.

As for their laying they will take days off they have too or they will be depleted in no time. So now worries as long as they are eating good and using the oyster shell. Are you giving greens at all ? I buy marked down organic lettuce spring greens is what it's called they love greens and it's a good way to give them some extra nutrients.
