You have 2 Malay Roos there... they look pretty young so there's a good chance they were tossed out by someone who realized they were Cockerels and didn't want Roos.

If you can capture them, there is actually a decent market for Malay Roos so you could put them on craigslist and get them to someone who wants them.

I have two Malay hens and they're just so hilarious when mixed into my flock. My 4-year old daughter named one Camel and the other Raptor.

Combs are wrong for Malays so they aren't that. They could be Modern Games, but they are more likely mixed games.

They're Guin-hens/ cocks.
They're skittish and awkward looking but graceful in the air and sweet as can be. They'll get in my lap if I sit quietly enough.

I used to have guinea fowl and they look nothing like your birds. Those are definitely chickens, just skinny and flighty chickens.
