Yolk Sac Has No Absorbed All The Way Keep It Moist , It Should Absorb, But Keep It Away From Other Chicks , If They Peck It He Will Die.

I think its part of the yolk sac that didn't get absorbed before hatching. What day did it hatch on? If it was early could be that. The other scenario is that it didn't get its intestines inside of it before hatching and could be a birth defect. If it's the yolk sac, place it back in the egg shell until it absorbs it and comes out itself. If it's its intestines, it's very unlikely it will live and it could die very slowly from infection or starvation. I'd recommend culling at that point.

I have him wrapped in a towel and it’s moist where the sack is I’m so new to this I don’t know what to do

If He Is Wrapped In A Towel He Should Absorb The Sac, Just Don't Let The Others Peck At It. He Should Be Okay ...

It's maybe still absorbing the eggs yolk.

Open naval or mushy chick might be terms that apply here. Low temps or high humidity MAY be contributing factors.

How long ago did it hatch, was it helped, what day of incubation did it hatch on? How are others coming along? Is it on it's feet yet?

Cause of specific chick issues starts around page 51 or 52 of the following link..

Yes it was helped it had been pippedFor about 18 hours I noticed that it was getting dry so I helped it out and then all of a sudden that stuff started coming out of his navel right now he’s wrapped in a towel with the moist end on that stuff coming out but he is up an alert and ready to run around

If hes alert and active that's a good sign as long as he remains that way. Just keep an eye on him until that's absorbed. In the future, I wouldn't help them hatch anymore unless it's a dire emergency. You can always add coconut oil to a membrane that's drying out to help moisten it. Usually there will be signs of distress if they're super shrink wrapped and require help. Great job though! I'm glad he's a happy peeper!
