new boys on the block

Traded with my neighbor- I got 4 hens & 2 roosters. They are EE's. one roo has the black beard the other doesnt. The roo's & the two redish browns hens were all from the same clutch/hatch. Her hen layed 11 under porch & hatched all even though it was very HOT summer!Any idea what breeds they could be mixed from?

well thats the thing with ee's they are a mix that lays a colored egg. With them being a mutt, they can look like anything

They hen looks like an EEs to me. Except for the legs, the rooster likes lot like one, too.

What other breeds does your neighbor have? That would narrow things down.

They didn't know breed. Only one small pen/coop. The only birds 10 or so were all offspring of hen & roo they didn't have anymore due to predator. This is the other girl I got from them. Obviously another EE. She layed her 1st egg today. It is blue!

I saw a post in "animals in need of a new home"
with a picture of an(Americauna)rooster that looked almost exactly like my two boys.
