Within minutes of putting the chics into the brooder they were pecking the horizontal nipples. Everyone likes videos so...

I haven't had baby chics in a long time, this has been nice.

Within minutes of putting the chics into the brooder they were pecking the horizontal nipples.

Ummm...those are vertical nipples,
much easier for tiny chicks to use,
much harder to keep thawed in winter.

Mistyped...brain and typing not in sync...vertical! Too many threads in my head. I have a pack of horizontal nipples to make outdoor waterers.
