New BYC Awards / Badges System

We felt that the PPM's should get a "badge" for their support of the site and for meeting the requirements to become PPMs. It takes more than just "paying" to be a PPM, which is why we decided not to make one for the GFMs.

Hi! Thanks for the new feature. New idea button for 'my profile' is 'show' or 'hide' awards. It looks kind of tacky to me and if given a choice, I'd rather not see it.

To clarify, do you mean have the option to disable them for yourself only or to not see them at all like we can with the smileys while allowing everyone else to see them?

What do the mods think about the nomination idea? I think its a good idea for such awards/badges as comedian, someone who helps with gender/breed, first to respond to an emergency, most helpful, etc.

Nominations are great and helpful. We are still developing different awards, so once they are live you can nominate for them.

-Breed Recognition
Award/badge?
