Do you have to have the breed in question to make a page about it? Ever, currently, or does not matter?

Also, any pictures on a page you make. Do they have to be YOUR pictures, or can you borrow (with permission) from other sources?

I'm a research fiend, so if there is a breed that you're lacking info on I can compile it.
But as yet I don't have chickens, thus cannot speak from experience and don't have any chickens I can photograph.

Willing to help. This site is wonderful and it'd be nice to contribute something, but thought I'd ask the rules first.

Thanks so much for your willingness to help! The main pages do require more information than the simple pages so I would suggest that you do have the breed or work with someone who does if you choose to do a detailed main page. The simple pages are a bit less technical

i am trying to submit my main page , and do not have a main pic but it says i need one. I don't have acess to on and will not have one for a while what can i do ?

Hey Callducks, you can submit any pic as your "main pic" then update it when you are finished for approval.

If i am going to create a main breed page, it says to select the breed. What if they do not have the breed listed that I wish to make a page about? How do I bypass that?

Which breed is it? Our trusty helpers will review and we will add it to the drop down if it is approved.
