So you click the button the blue arrow points to, then the arrow the red arrow points to but you -don't- get the big window that says 'open' with no arrows at the top?

Yes.! After clicking on the red arrow, I get a black screen with image files then click that and get numbers like 20120727 171327jpg , if I click one it goes back to select size, no offensive material etc. If I click submit, it tells me to wait a moment...and half an hour later my computor times out. I haven't seen the photo, but I sent it to myself and it was there. I am using a tablet and it's worked fine up to a few days ago. So frustrating...somehow, I have to open image files......

I wonder if there is a way to change the "folder view" on the Samsung Tablet- also are you in 3G or Wifi when you are trying to upload, my Nook cannot use 3G at all but my phone won't upload in 3G-4G (it will time out) only wifi.

Also if you want to use a picture rename it before trying to upload it, if you name it something like: aaa(discription) it will be first or last in the list so you can find it quickly.

I'll look when I have free time to see if there is a walk-around for the Samsung folders. ("always view large icons" or something- unsure)

Which model is it specifically- ?

Android may not play well with the site yet.

I would really appreciate that...I have the Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 ? The latest one they came out with anyway...I run on 3g right now and it's supposed to be 4g in august...reception is bad either way so before it would take awhile, and i just set it where I know it works faster there.
I don't know how to name that jpg file, I counted them and they are in order of placement, but that really seems like a caveman way of finding a picture.. sigh. There must be something cause it worked before. The only thing maybe, don't know, is I play in cellular 1 sandbox so I don't have to purchase viral protection - would that even matter. Meanwhile I will be just roaming around to see if I can find a way, when I have a few hours to sit and call tech support I will.BUT it worked before..

Ok....I just went ahead and downloaded Google Chrome and NOW the image select button is working for me. With Windows IE 9 it was allowing me to click the "Insert Image" and allowing me to pic which image I wanted and then when I clicked submit it did absolutely NOTHING. Now with Chrome it actually shows an upload progress bar at the top.....GRRRRR, well at least it is working now. So frustrating.

Here is a suggestion, maybe mobile view is not playing nice with BYC server?
You can change it back if the format is too hard to use, or it won't work.

I really can't think of anything else on your end unless you want to try another Andriod compatible browser.

Oh well, I did manage to turn off my browser, it's back on now. I give up. Thanks for trying to help, when i told my husband the problem he just said...oh yeah the chicken website...we've had problems before and he's not going to work on it...he said it's on their end. So I guess no more pictures and I will gradually loose interest in it. Once again thanks anyway.

Maybe...hope so...will give it time, I'm sure I'm not te only one, maybe it'll get fixed.
