New Call Ducks - Advice please!

I think some time outside would be great for them. .so long as they can't get wet and chilled since they aren't drying properly. I would say letting them bathe inside where it's warm is fine, providing they can get fully dry before being exposed to the cold. However you probably just got yourself into a winter long commitment as it will be hard for them to acclimate to outdoor temps after being kept inside and warm for so long.
My veterinarian recommended yogurt and eggs for poor feather condition for one duck I had. But I wasn't ever able to get her to eat it.

I'd keep them peened for a week or more just to get them use to their new place. letting them out on the pond where they will be new to your other calls May cause them to fly off [if they can fly right now] because they most likely will get bullied some.

As for wet feather usually molting takes care of that. And good bathing and preening. Make sure to give them good quality feed and maybe some dry meal worms for extra protein since feathers are protein it may help. But molting those old feathers out will really make a difference.
They sure look like they needed someone to care for them properly I am sure you'll have them in tip top shape in no time.

Jemima, (female) keeps chasing, charging into (like almost mounting, but using her entire body to bash into him) and pecking Puddles (male). They both have water, plenty of space and food. I'm not sure why she is doing this, because when they are separated she quacks the house down because she can't see him, and when they are in separate pens then just try to get back to each other anyway. What's her issue? ​
