New chick with a leg problem???

[GAGE]

We had a BCM hatch today with a leg problem, one leg is forward (like normal) , and the other is straight back, it can not sit upright or walk. We had to help him hatch from a dry shell, and then nurse him back, so if there is anything that can be done to help the little thing, it would be great! Other than the leg, the chick is active, loud, eating and drinking, can anything be done?
