New chick with curled toes

How soon do I need to worry about a chick's curled toes? It hatched this morning and 2 that hatched after are already kind of standup up but this one's toes are curled up and it's not standing as well. Do I need to intervene now or give it some time?

I'd make sandals for her now. The longer it goes untreated the harder it'll be to fix and if waited on too long it can't be fixed. I have a little one who was stuck to her shell and has badly curled toes on one foot. She's styling with her new sandals.

I give them 8-10 hours, and if their toes are still curled, I tape their toes.
