New Chicken and hobby farm people.

Hello! My wife Sophie and I are new to the farming and especially chicken world. We have 10 mixed breeds in our new flock and are working thru the whole learning what they should be eating and is our coop and run right to keep them happy and safe.
The family we bought our place from left us a wonderful trust and home. It came with a beautiful coop with power and water. It is even on the emergency generator system.
We love our new home and our new family of hens! We will have so many questions for sure and have already diligently studied the postings on the questions we are already working thru.
We look forward to sharing and learning more. We are in Lovettsville VA area and are so happy to be out of the cities.
