It's always nice to add another Coloradoan.! Your coop is very cool. Is the side door the full height so you can clean easily (can't tell from pic)? That's the only thing I would make sure of, it's no fun stooping over to muck out the coop.

Are you in Denver city limits? I thought you couldn't have chickies there. Dumb rule, one more reason I'm glad I don't live there anymore.
