Hi Sean, Wow! It sounds like you have it all. Must live in the country or hillside. I'm new and live inside the city so 6 is all I can have. All I need for now.
I'm growing attached and find that I go check on them 4-5-6-times a day.

I have a farm, (half section) 3miles Southeast of Muleshoe, too! It use to be part of the XIT ranch, been continuously owned and farmed by the family for 135 years. At one time it was 12 sections.
