I'm getting new neighbors and they have chickens too!!!

They bought the 13 ac. farm above us and the neighbors with the chicken-killing-dogs are G-O-N-E! What a wonderful day!
They're around my age, have a little boy my daughter's age (going on 3) and two little girls (a bit older), they have 4 horses ((which I will really enjoy seeing in the pasture when I look out my kitchen window
