Hello everyone!
My name is Emily, I'm 29 (30 in june!), I'm from Oakland county Michigan, and I'm new to the chicken community. We recently bought our first house and are expecting our third child at the end of March, we have just started looking into chickens and quails for our new home. And im really trying to find the best choices we would love some friendly temperaments for the kids sake! If Anyone has any first timmer tips I welcome all the help we can get. I'd love to hear the do's and don'ts so I can be a good chicken mama and teach my older two boys the way! We have been looking into getting an Easter egger or two, and golden comet, a leg horn and a polish. But im unsure if you can home them together so that's really my first question. Please let know before I make a mistake!
