new chicken not acting like the rest?

I am sure she is somewhat dehydrated and will get the viramins. From what I understand, my grandmother had to keep it separate it after her chickens were chasing it around non stop for almost a week straight.

Poor thing!
See how she does after a couple of days of eating/drinking well.

What should I get for the vitamins? There are a couple animal coops near me that I can get vitamins from.

Personally, I like Poultry Cell since it has most of the B vitamins along with E and A (plus more LOL), but there are a lot of choices out there. I would get one that at least contains vitamin E, B1 (Thiamine) and B2 (Riboflavin).

So I thought of doing an update. I saw on a different thread, forgot which one, that someone posted something similar to what happened with my chicken and there was discussed of chickens being really dehydrated this year. I waited until the weekend before getting the vitamins to see if it was just dehydration, and the chicken ended up perking up and walking around more. I Didn't see any lice, I do take her outside and have her in an outdoor dog kennel area so she can pick at grass and get some sunshine while I clean the little room she's in just in case. I didn't do a float thing that someone mentioned. I looked it up and it mentioned doing float and taking to vet, unfortunately there really isn't much a vet can do near me. I have a vet that I take my cat to that we looked up how to fix wing on another chicken I have. But he doesn't really know much else when it comes to birds. she will go explore the room some, and does scratch s little. I unfortunately havent had her out too much at night. After a couple weeks I let her stay outside in the kennel at night and a racoons tried to get her. I caught the coon in the act since it had already gotten 3 of my other birds who like to roost in a tree. she had a couple little teeth marks on her leg and she limped for a couple days but is fine now. She never does fly/ roost. I know she can at least move her wings since she puts up a little fuss whenever I pick her up or put her down. And tonight I had her out and had her sit on a 2x4 that I had sitting around and she sorts what on it and moved her feet so that the toes stuck of on either side. Did this for about 20 minutes before bringing her in to room. She had fallen asleep within 5 minutes of sitting on the 2x4 so it wasn't like she didn't enjoy it. She just doesn't want/understand to go through the process of flapping her wings to go up or down. She does seem to enjoy mealworms, layer feed and strawberries, but sorta iffy about watermelon. She is slowly getting back appetite after raccoon attack.

Sounds like a project bird. I hope she's got an enjoyable personality. You don't sound particularly frustrated by her, just puzzled. so that's sure nice for her.

Yeah, it's a project bird. Mostly puzzled now. Since she lasted this long, I am guess
It nothing to dangerous. I asked my grandmother ( the one who found the chicken) if her chickens were showing signs of anything and we're not. So I know it's not contagious ( another reason why I don't think worms). Since I am new, I wanted to learn now of any possible things that could happen before I get more chickens for my flock and have something happen. I know the basics, like what s broken wing looks like, but not on some weird rare thing that happens once in a while. She also is used as a project for a coop. I am hoping to maybe see if she will take on baby chicks. She isn't laying eggs, do I would have to buy baby chicks. And no, I don't think she's egg bound. I had a hen that was like that, and it doesn't seem the same. And usually if they are egg bound from stress caused by predators or temperature usually if I bring them in, within the next 12 hours or so they start laying eggs.

Unless she is broody and has been broody for a couple of weeks, it's unlikely she will accept baby chicks and brood them for you.
I'm glad you are seeing a little improvement.
Thank you for the update.

Unfortunately she passed away. She was acting kinda strange yesterday. Sorry for everyone following this. Whatever she had got worse after being attacked by a raccoon and opposums.
