If both BO are crowing then they are both cockerels. If the Barred rock is the same age (12 weeks or less) it is also a cockerel.

Interesting to see how big a difference there is between the two same aged Orpington cockerels. One very clearly a boy with huge comb, and the other with less developed roo-traits but a boy just as surely now that he's crowed. Shows just how difficult sexing chicks can be.
